Curiosity, turned into useful work
We began as AI beginners. Learning, experimentation and practice helped us become more skilled AI tool enthusiasts. Our question shifted from “What can AI generate?” to “What can it help people solve?”
Useful technology goes beyond trying the latest tool. We work to turn questions, checks and analysis into repeatable, traceable work. GEO Audit Sentinel is one concrete expression of that journey.
A coined term and a working software system
GEO Audit Sentinel / GEO审计哨兵 is both a term we introduced and an established GEO audit and AI opinion-scanning software system. It examines brand visibility, recommendations, source attribution and sentiment in AI answers.
One AI answer is not the whole truth. Original responses, time, questions and model conditions define the evidence. Conclusions must state both their source and their limits.
Mission: evidence for decisions, direction for improvement
Help brands and auditors understand how AI describes a business, product or source, turning otherwise opaque questions into inspectable, explainable evidence.
Provide GEO audit technical infrastructure and professional enablement. Partners lead the customer relationship and report attribution; our role is discreet technical support in collection and methodology, not taking their place.
Vision: use AI to solve real problems
We want more people to grow from beginners into discerning AI users who solve real-world problems. This is an aspiration, not a claim of achievements or an all-purpose promise.
Start small: make information more trustworthy, official sources easier to identify and a brand’s position in AI answers easier to understand.
Observations from cross-border independent stores
These are phenomena encountered in tool use and audit practice, not customer case studies. They contain no customer identity or private evidence and are not industry-wide findings.
The categories we follow include optics and lighting (including night-vision devices), home energy (balcony solar and storage), electric mobility (e-bikes and premium electric mountain bikes) and special consumer goods (adult products). The notes below describe recurring, common patterns only. No brand is named and no industry-wide claim is made.
A page being accessible does not mean its product facts are easy for machines to identify; names, specifications and organization identity need separate checks.
Brand, category and model wording may be inconsistent, making attribution less clear.
Models may answer, refuse, give short responses or omit a brand. Refusal, omission and lack of recommendation are different observations.
A large volume of content may still leave buyer questions about choice, use or policies without clear, sourced answers.
Enablement: a verifiable next step
Check public pages with free tools, then collect actual model answers in an authorized audit. Separate category from brand/model questions, mentions from recommendations, and facts from hypotheses.
Use verified materials to clarify entity names, FAQ and Guide responsibilities, and deliver llms.txt / llms-full.txt with installation guidance. Recheck under comparable conditions; never report unmeasured improvement as an outcome.
What we can do
Inspect machine-readable signals, chunks and article structure in public pages.
Collect original answers for specified models, questions and times as audit evidence.
Analyze mentions, recommendations, sources and sentiment within the sample; deliver reports and remediation artifacts.
Support partners with GEO audit infrastructure and professional enablement.
What we cannot do
Guarantee ranking, recommendations, traffic or sales, or represent every model and user.
Treat static scores as real AI recommendation rates or replace operating data with theory.
Invent evidence, customer cases, certifications or improvement figures.
Bypass logins, CAPTCHAs or access restrictions, or read private networks.
Replace legal advice, product safety certification, regulatory conformity assessment or professional accreditation; for certification, market access and safety conclusions, rely on authoritative testing bodies and the text of the regulation.
